Substance Abuse Services

At Catholic Charities Maine we understand the devastation, isolation and despair that individuals and families suffering from substance abuse can experience. Our counseling and residential programs reach out to all those affected by substance abuse.

All of our professional staff share a commitment to healing and wellness. They work with individuals to help them overcome their addictions and achieve a healthier balance in their lives and communities.

Counseling Services offers individual, family, and group counseling for those experiencing difficulty with alcohol and/or drugs and those affected by another person’s use.

St. Francis Recovery Center encompasses two residential chemical dependency programs for adult males over the age of 18 to help them develop a solid foundation for recovery.
