Jessie Albert Dental & Orthodontic Center Receives Grant from the Northeast Delta Dental Foundation

November 4, 2015

Bath, Maine – Jessie Albert Dental & Orthodontic Center in Bath, a program of Catholic Charities Maine, is the recipient of a $5,000 grant from the Northeast Delta Dental Foundation. The funds will enable the Center to invest in its technology by purchasing a new Intraoral Camera.

The Jessie Albert Dental & Orthodontic Center is committed to providing state-of-the-art dental care for all in the spirit of its founder, a local mother in need of affordable dental care for her children. The purchase of this equipment will allow the Center to capture best-in-class images of patients’ oral issues to help them see areas of concern and make informed decisions on recommended treatment plans.

“We are most appreciative of this grant and of Northeast Delta Dental Foundation’s support of our mission to provide high-quality services, including the latest technology, to all members of the community, regardless of their ability to pay,” says Stephen P. Letourneau, CEO of Catholic Charities Maine.

“The Northeast Delta Dental Foundation has been awarding grants to oral health initiatives in Maine since 1995. We look for community-based programs making dental care and oral health education more accessible. We appreciate the opportunity to help the Jessie Albert Dental & Orthodontic Center achieve its mission,” said Kathleen B. Walker, Treasurer of the Foundation.
