Position description: The volunteer serving as the Refugee & Immigration Services (RIS) Receptionist & Admin support will support the staff of the Catholic Charities Maine Refugee & Immigration Services office. Welcome and direct clients who visit or call the RIS office.

Key Responsibilities:

Impact of opportunity: The RIS Receptionist & Admin Support will create a welcoming environment for refugee and asylee clients and support our mission to provide quality service to them.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Training Offered: Catholic Charities Maine Volunteer Orientation & Introduction to RIS and the Administrative Support Volunteer position

Time Commitment/Schedule: Mondays through Fridays, flexible schedule, can be 4 to 20 hours per week - for a year long schedule.
