Catholic Charities Maine’s Two Child Development Centers Announce Participation in USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program

Portland, Maine - St. Elizabeth’s Child Development Center in Portland and St. Louis Child Development Center in Biddeford, both programs of Catholic Charities Maine, announce participation in the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program. Meals are available at no separate charge to all enrolled participants. St. Elizabeth’s and St. Louis do not discriminate against any participant because of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age.

Weekly Income x 4.333 weeks

Bi-weekly Income x 2.15 weeks

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
