The center employs highly qualified teachers and assistant teachers. Teachers are highly trained and credentialed; Qualified staff being a key indicator for achieving positive outcomes for the children in care. St. Louis is a Five Star program through the on Maine “Rising Stars Quality Rating and Improvement System.”  This is the highest possible ranking.   This 5 star rating  signifies that St. Louis meets standards aligned with national accreditation plus specific training requirements unique to Maine’s Early Learning and Development Standards and/or Infant Toddler Learning Guidelines.
