Luc received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine and has a master’s degree in rehab counseling from the University of Southern Maine. He is a certified rehabilitation counselor and is a licensed clinical professional counselor. He has been a clinical supervisor for the past five years for the Catholic Charities Targeted Case Management program. Luc worked in the Catholic Charities Adult Case Management program as a community support worker for seven years and in the Catholic Charities Outpatient Mental Health Program as a counselor for two and a half years. He has worked in the mental health field for almost 20 years.
Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine, returning many years later to earn her Master of Social Work degree. She obtained full LMSW licensure and holds a conditional clinical license. Stephanie has worked in the social work field for more than 30 years and has experienced direct service care and its many changes, from deinstitutionalization to the multifaceted services provided in our communities today. Stephanie credits her time as a crisis worker as the catalyst for pursing her clinical license. She has an enduring belief in hope and resiliency and enjoys helping individuals and families capitalize on their personal strengths to cultivate integrated wellness. Stephanie joined Catholic Charities in 2018 as the clinical supervisor for the Children’s Behavioral Health Home program in Bangor.
