Catholic Charities Maine Announces Employee Promotions

Portland, ME – Catholic Charities Maine is pleased to announce the following promotions:

Julie Allaire is the new Director of Strategy, Program and Business Development at Catholic Charities Maine. Allaire was previously Business Development Manager at the Agency. In her new role, Allaire will focus on strategies to proactively position the Agency for future growth and business development based upon mission critical areas.

“Julie has demonstrated great success over the past few years and I look forward to her building upon our Agency’s successes and exploring new opportunities that allow us to better serve Maine’s vulnerable populations,” notes Stephen Letourneau, CEO.

Karen Palleschi is the new Director of Oral Health Services at Catholic Charities’ Jessie Albert Dental & Orthodontic Center in Bath. Palleschi has been with the Agency since 2000, most recently as Office Manager. The Center provides comprehensive dental services and quality orthodontic care for the whole family. In addition to accepting most insurance coverage, including MaineCare, the Center offers a variety of affordable financing options to ensure access to quality oral care by all.
