Position description: We need your love and compassion for infants to help the center out during naptime. St. Elizabeth's is seeking a volunteer to help in the classroom from 1:00-2:30pm. We are currently seeking a naptime volunteer who can devote a day each week to help provide the love and care each child deserves. Pick your day-we currently have volunteer openings for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
Impact of opportunity: The center strives to make a difference in each child’s life and the Rest Time Caregiver has an important role as she/he provides a caring and positive adult interaction to the children we serve..
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Training Offered: We provide 6 training days per year specific to quality child care education-the Rest Time Caregiver is free to join any of these training opportunities (this is not mandatory).
